Accessibility.

Lunch is committed to making our website and our product usable by people of all abilities — including the local-business owners and city employees who interact with the program every week.

Where we are today

We aim for our marketing site and our vendor product to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit, and we don’t want to claim conformance we haven’t verified. As we grow, completing an external audit is on our roadmap.

In the meantime, we work to honor accessibility basics: semantic HTML, sensible heading order, sufficient color contrast in our default theme, keyboard-navigable interactions, and labeled form controls. When we find we have fallen short, we fix it.

Reporting a barrier

If you run into a page, feature, or interaction on this site or in our product that you can’t use because of an accessibility issue, please tell us. The more specific you can be, the faster we can fix it.

Email info@lunchpayments.com with:

  • The page or feature where you ran into trouble
  • The assistive technology or browser you were using, if any
  • A short description of what you were trying to do

We respond to accessibility reports within 5 business days.

Tell us what’s broken.

We’d rather hear from you than have you give up on the site.
